Hello!

I’m Sarah Helen Booth, and property has been at the centre of my career for over 20 years.

I founded Leeds Lets, managed and operated a student block, and supported landlords, agents and investors across Leeds and beyond, including refurbishment projects up to £100k.

If you cut me in half, I’d probably say property.

I’m also a free spirit, outdoor lover, and always planning the next trip away in my Campervan, but property is the constant.

Experience That Delivers

Over the years, I’ve managed rental portfolios, overseen refurbishments from building works through to final staging, conducted inspections and viewings, and supported property businesses with their marketing and content.

Projects are delivered on time, on budget and with clear communication. Properties I’ve staged have been the first to let within a portfolio. Refurbishments have strengthened rental income and sale appeal. Long-term landlords describe their portfolios as virtually trouble-free under my management.

That’s not luck. It’s structure, oversight and experience.
